What can be said about Garrus? Well for start he has enough good remarks to fill a small notebook, but I guess Shepard hits the center with "there is no Shepard without Vakarian" line just before assaulting Reaper beam that connects Citadel with Earth. All you Garrus fans out there, enjoy.
